What file types do you accept?
We recommend high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or PNG files. Vector artwork is preferred whenever available, as it provides the best print and cut quality. If you're unsure whether your artwork is suitable, upload what you have and our team will review it before production.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Our vinyl stickers are water-resistant and designed to stand up to everyday use, including exposure to moisture, scratches and normal handling. Specific durability will depend on the material selected and how and where the sticker is used.
Do you offer custom shapes and sizes?
Yes. We can produce stickers in a wide variety of custom shapes and sizes. Die-cut stickers are cut to follow the shape of your artwork, while other products offer different finishing and cutting options.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum quantities vary by product. The available quantities and pricing for each product are shown on its product page. For quantities beyond those listed online, contact us for a custom quote.
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 3–5 business days after payment and receipt of print-ready artwork. Larger or more complex orders may require additional production time. Shipping time is separate from production time.
Will I receive a proof before my order is printed?
Not necessarily. Print-ready artwork may proceed directly to production without a separate proof approval. If we identify an issue that could materially affect print quality, sizing or cutting, we'll contact you before production. We may also provide a digital proof for certain custom or complex orders.
How is shipping calculated?
We offer simple flat-rate shipping within Canada. Standard shipping is $12, or free on orders of $125 or more. Express shipping is $25. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout.
Can you help with my artwork?
Yes. We review submitted artwork for basic print readiness. If we identify an issue that may affect the finished product, we'll contact you before production. More extensive design or artwork services may require an additional charge.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Our pricing is structured so that the per-unit price generally decreases as quantities increase. If you need a larger quantity than what's available through our online store, use our Request a Quote page and we'll provide custom pricing.
Where are your products made?
Sticker Set Go products are proudly produced in Whitby, Ontario, Canada.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue. We'll review it and work with you to make it right.
